CFOprn was created to supplement the health care system CFO as needed by creating a unique support system to deal with the unexpected and complex financial issues that face the CFO daily. Michael Sims founded CFOprn in 1998. For over twenty-five years, Mr. Sims was a successful chief financial officer in three health care systems in the Southeast. His career was based on the principle that financial success is achieved by combining sound financial and management skills with exceptional vision, leadership, communication and creativity. These principles continue to guide Mr. Sims and his colleagues in CFOprn. Our objective is to create a special linkage between the health care CFO and CFOprn, acting as an extension of the CFO, to provide financial solutions and advice from the CFO’s perspective. Because we are experienced Chief Financial Officers, CFOprn financial solutions are grounded in health care financial reality.
